Senior Maintenance Supervisor at PWO

Take on the role of Senior Maintenance Supervisor at PWO Canada, where you’ll manage the maintenance team and oversee machinery operations. Your proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems will ensure production efficiency.

This full-time position involves resolving production issues, refining equipment operation, and coordinating team efforts to maintain a safe work environment. You will apply your extensive experience to implement and improve the preventative maintenance plan, as well as mentor staff in technical aspects and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve production issues with mechanical or electrical focus

• Review and implement effective maintenance plans

• Reduce downtime impact on production schedules

• Track maintenance costs and departmental budgets

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and technical records

Requirements:

• Valid Millwright or Electrician certification needed

• Five years in an automotive maintenance setting

• At least three years’ supervisory experience

• Knowledge of PM systems and ISO standards

• Excellent communication skills for team support
