Manager of Global Corporate Facilities

Location: Brossard

Optimize and manage corporate facility operations at Acuity Brands in Brossard. Lead diverse infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance and enhancing the workplace experience.

In this role, you will manage critical areas of facility operations, focusing on reliability and effective strategies for manufacturing and office environments. Collaborating with site resources and corporate functions, you’ll oversee vendor relationships and multi-site coordination, driving compliance and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance programs and facility performance standards

• Lead major projects including expansions and renovations

• Ensure operational effectiveness of HVAC and utilities systems

• Coordinate documentation and risk mitigation actions

• Support the facility's role as a BMS test environment

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years in facilities management

• Experience with mixed-use facility operations

• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management practices

• Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO
