Germain Hotels Maintenance Supervisor

Lead property maintenance operations as the Maintenance Supervisor at Germain Hotels, ensuring top-notch upkeep and administration. A strong foundation in building maintenance and budget management is crucial for this role.

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will report directly to the National Director of Maintenance and collaborate with the Hotel General Manager. This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance efforts and performing various tasks ranging from electrical to plumbing. You will ensure compliance with safety codes and facilitate exceptional operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine visual inspections of hotel equipment

• Engage actively in preventive maintenance processes

• Document daily maintenance work and schedules

• Manage repairs for both the interior and exterior

• Address and rectify system defects promptly

Requirements:

• Experience in building maintenance environments

• High school diploma or college degree in a related field preferred

• Physically fit for lifting and moving heavy objects

• Understanding of building codes and safety regulations

• Excellent hands-on maintenance skills
