• Perform preventative maintenance on extrusion machinery
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems efficiently
• Ensure control and safety mechanisms meet compliance
• Manage procurement and inventory of maintenance parts
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS systems

• Vocational training or associate degree in industrial maintenance
• Experience with foam industry equipment maintenance preferred
• Solid knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems required
• Proficiency in CMMS operation and diagnostic tools
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills necessary
