As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will coordinate maintenance schedules, oversee millwright activities, and ensure all safety regulations are met. Responding efficiently to emergency breakdowns and providing clear reports to the Superintendent will define your impact. You will also foster a culture of safety while mentoring new apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations

• Oversee quality of maintenance work

• Manage weekly scheduling and task assignments

• Coordinate emergency responses to minimize downtime

• Train and develop millwrights systematically

Requirements:

• 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience

• Education in industrial mechanics or related field

• Familiarity with SAP and maintenance management systems

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Direct experience in heavy equipment maintenance
