Estates Compliance Officer Farnham

Apply estates compliance and maintenance expertise at Phyllis Tuckwell in Farnham, supporting safe, compliant buildings across hospice, outpatient, and retail sites.
This 12-month fixed-term Estates Compliance and Maintenance Officer role works closely with the Estates Manager. You will develop planned preventative maintenance schedules, organise servicing and inspections, maintain electronic records, and coordinate contractors. The role supports effective arrangements following the move into a new hospice and across 18 retail shops. It combines site visits, record keeping, contractor coordination, and practical maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop planned preventative maintenance schedules across buildings and equipment
Organise servicing, inspections, and statutory testing requirements
Maintain accurate electronic records and produce clear reports
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and outstanding maintenance work
Review 18 retail shops and identify maintenance needs
Requirements:
Experience in estates, facilities, maintenance, or a similar environment
Knowledge of maintenance contracts and contractor management
Understanding of building compliance, inspections, and statutory testing
Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bring practical maintenance, compliance, and contractor coordination skills to help Phyllis Tuckwell maintain safe, welcoming environments across Farnham.
