In this Senior Manager, Maintenance and Engineering position, you will optimize maintenance strategies for our agricultural machinery fleet. This influential role requires strong technical expertise, management experience, and a passion for equipment reliability. You will lead teams, validate diagnostics, and enhance operational capabilities at multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee diagnostics and technical solutions for machinery
• Train and develop maintenance supervisors effectively
• Design preventive maintenance programs for all operations
• Conduct audits on maintenance quality and performance
• Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial)
• 8 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance
• Experience in agricultural or mechanically intensive fields
• Leadership skills with proven coaching experience
• Fluent in English and French
