Lead CIBC banking professionals on-site full-time in Vaudreuil-Dorion, using people management and client service to deliver exceptional experiences. Support clients while guiding team performance.

As a Banking Centre Leader, you will lead high-performing Leaders, Advisors, and Representatives within Personal and Business Banking. Hire, develop, and coach employees while deepening client relationships and meeting financial needs. Monitor performance, manage risk, and pursue appropriate revenue growth through accountable leadership.

• Hire, develop, and coach banking centre employees
• Lead client relationship and financial needs conversations
• Monitor business performance and implement action plans
• Manage risk and safeguard clients, bank, and shareholders
• Advocate CIBC within the community and recruit employees

• Experience developing and implementing strategic team goals
• Experience coaching employees and inspiring successful performance
• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
