Boucherville Manufacturing Plant Director

Location: Boucherville

Lead manufacturing excellence at Celanese as the Director of Manufacturing Plant Operations in Boucherville, Canada. Ensure operational success, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives at our facility.

In this key leadership role, you will oversee the manufacturing operations for Emulsion Polymers, driving efficiency and quality. Reporting to the Regional Manufacturing Leader, you'll implement best practices and foster collaboration across multiple functional areas such as supply chain and engineering. Strong operational management and leadership experience are crucial to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the manufacturing team in operational best practices

• Establish and monitor plant performance metrics

• Ensure production quality meets the highest standards

• Develop cost-reduction and operational plans

• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and government bodies

Requirements:

• BSC in Chemical Engineering or related field

• 10+ years in manufacturing leadership roles

• Fluent in Canadian French

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Six Sigma certification preferred
