Supervise NPI Prototype Team Effectively

Location: Châteauguay

As an NPI Prototype Supervisor, ensure seamless departmental operations. This role focuses on employee guidance and maintaining high manufacturing standards in a supportive work environment.

You will supervise and develop your team, uphold Lean Manufacturing techniques, and lead daily meetings to discuss production targets. Your responsibilities also include fostering a culture of respect and collaboration while managing employee assessments and training.

• Develop and supervise employees in key skills

• Ensure compliance with manufacturing and quality standards

• Conduct daily team meetings for target alignment

• Motivate teams to embrace a collaborative culture

• Contribute to improvement action plans for performance

Requirements:

• College Diploma in Operations Management

• 3 to 5 years of leadership in manufacturing

• Excellent time management and critical thinking

• Bilingual in French and English

• Experience with Lean principles is essential
