Position: Production Supervisor with Leadership Focus
Location: Châteauguay

Lead your team as a Production Supervisor in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Your coaching and training will empower staff to foster a culture of respect and teamwork.

In this role under the Production Director, you will oversee operations while mentoring employees to enhance their technical skills. Responsible for daily meetings and work order distribution, you will ensure adherence to quality standards and manufacturing practices. Maintain Lean practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach staff to improve technical skills and performance

• Lead daily team meetings to ensure operational fluidity

• Distribute work orders and monitor completion

• Uphold 5S and Lean practices across the department

• Administer health and safety training and audits

Requirements:

• College Diploma in Operations Management or related field

• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities

• Mastery of both French and English communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
