Job description :

A manufacturing company located in the St-Hyacinthe region is looking for a Production Supervisor to join its team.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating your team’s activities to ensure that production goals are met, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, health and safety, and performance.

Your main responsibilities :

Supervise and motivate a production team;

Plan and assign daily work;

Ensure that production, quality, and productivity goals are met;

Resolve operational issues and contribute to continuous improvement;

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards;

Track hours worked, training, and vacation time;

Collaborate with the industrialization and engineering teams to optimize operations.

Skills and qualifications :

At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment;

Experience in continuous improvement;

Inspiring leadership and excellent communication skills;

Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability;

Working knowledge of English;

DEC in Operations and Production Management (a plus).
