Industrialization Technician with Training Duties

Become an Industrialization Technician responsible for establishing efficient production environments. Collaborate with teams to implement standards and train staff effectively in a dynamic setting.

This key role involves working closely with product line and industrial engineering teams to ensure compliance with industrialization standards. You will support new product introductions, configure workstations, and provide crucial feedback to improve processes. Your work will be pivotal in fostering a stable production environment that meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and validate production equipment per industrial solutions

• Support new product introduction on production lines

• Execute setup activities, including tooling and fixture installation

• Ensure proper application of industrialization standards

• Train staff on new workstation procedures

Requirements:

• Technical diploma in industrial engineering or related field

• Minimum 2 years of industrial experience

• Strong knowledge of VAP tools (Kaizen, 6S, etc.)

• Proficient in reading technical documents and drawings

• Bilingual in French and English
