You will work closely with various teams to adapt and apply industrial solutions on the shop floor, ensuring that all manufacturing standards are met. This position involves the installation of workstations, validating equipment setups, and providing structural feedback for ongoing improvements. Your insights will drive continuous enhancements in production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and validate workstations for production readiness
• Prepare lines for new product rollouts according to standards
• Execute installation of tools and layout changes
• Update documentation related to production setups
• Provide input on compliance and readiness to managers
Requirements:
• Technical diploma in industrial engineering or related
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing systems and methodologies
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in both French and English
