1st Shift Assembler at Pelican

Become an integral part of Pelican's manufacturing team as a 1st Shift Assembler. Engage in hands-on assembly of custom foam inserts and protective cases used globally.

At Pelican, we pride ourselves on creating high-performance solutions for various industries. As an Assembler II, you will interpret technical drawings and operate assembly equipment.

Your role will ensure the building of quality products while supporting a collaborative work environment focused on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions

• Prepare and assemble foam and plastic sub-components

• Operate fabrication and assembly equipment efficiently

• Inspect completed assemblies for quality assurance

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly

• Ability to read technical specifications and drawings

• Experience using hand tools and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
