The Manufacturing Operations Director is responsible for the overall success of plant operations at Celanese's Boucherville facility. With a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing, you will streamline processes, ensure safety compliance, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Your role will involve collaboration with various functional areas to enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive efficiency through best operating practices
• Monitor and evaluate plant production standards
• Implement cost-saving operational plans
• Create and manage KPIs for performance
• Foster relationships with regulatory authorities and partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Fluent in Canadian French
• Skills in Lean and Six Sigma preferred
• Proven ability to adapt to changing conditions
