Soleva à Saint-Hyacinthe recherche un directeur de production pour diriger la performance quotidienne des opérations dans un secteur de moulage par injection. Le poste demande rigueur, leadership et capacité à mobiliser une équipe autour d’objectifs de sécurité, qualité, productivité et livraison.
Le candidat idéal combine une formation en génie ou gestion des opérations et au moins 10 ans d’expérience manufacturière, dont 5 en gestion, avec une expérience en transformation plastique.
