Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, measure, and assemble cables of various sizes

• Collaborate closely with the splicer

• Maintain accurate production documentation

• Notify supervisors of any issues with equipment

• Assist in training new employees on safety protocols

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong ability to read measurements accurately

• Good organizational skills

• Experience in steel cable splicing a plus

• Reliable with excellent physical stamina
