Electromechanical Technician at Oldcastle

Oldcastle is seeking an Electromechanical Technician for its day shift. This role involves critical equipment maintenance and supports our production efficiency targets. You will engage with complex machinery, ensuring optimal performance.

With over five years of experience, you'll handle inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance in a structured setting. Knowledge in welding and hydraulics will be invaluable. You will have opportunities to suggest new equipment and tools that enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of production equipment

• Diagnose and repair machinery issues promptly

• Facilitate installation and commissioning of new systems

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the mechanical shop

• Assist production operators when necessary

Requirements:

• Professional diploma in electromechanics

• More than 5 years of industry experience

• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Forklift certification is a plus

• Ability to read and understand English technical documentation
