Workland is hiring an experienced Web Offset Press Operator for a commercial printing client serving major Canadian accounts. You will operate rotary web offset presses, support make-readies, and maintain production quality. The role emphasizes press setup, material supply, maintenance, and safe teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Help set up presses and mount printing plates
Fine-tune equipment during make-ready activities
Stock paper rolls, ink, solvents, and supplies
Inspect quality throughout each production run
Support changeovers, maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
High school diploma required
At least five years operating web offset presses
Printing training or relevant industrial experience
Working knowledge of printing processes and ink handling
Mechanical skills and organized priority management
Bring rotary press experience, mechanical ability, and quality focus to a safety-minded Quebec commercial printing operation.
