Join Cooperative Elder Services, Inc. (CESI) as a Registered Nurse, providing crucial nursing services to seniors in Acton and Arlington. This role combines clinical supervision with compassionate direct care.
Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Registered and Licensed Nurse is responsible for overseeing nursing functions tailored to aging adults. You will conduct health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and ensure compliance with health updates. Your mission-driven approach will empower elders and support their health journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the delivery and supervision of nursing services
• Conduct participant health assessments and care plan reviews
• Document nursing observations monthly
• Provide necessary healthcare education for families
• Manage and oversee medication administration
Requirements:
• Must hold a current RN license in MA
• 2 years of community nursing experience preferred
• Required CPR and First Aid certifications
• Completion of employee physical before starting
• Reliable transportation is a must
