Santé Québec Montérégie-Ouest recherche un infirmier(inf)ère volant(ante) pour soutenir les ressources à domicile et la gériatrie. Le poste implique une présence dans différents établissements et une collaboration étroite avec l’équipe multidisciplinaire.
