Eaton EESS Quality Assurance Lead

Location: Brossard

Eaton's EESS Division seeks a Quality Assurance Lead in Brossard, Québec, employing a hybrid work model. This position is critical for maintaining high software quality and leading a strong QA team.

As a QA Team Lead, you will oversee the QA engineering team and guarantee that software meets rigorous quality standards. You will set essential quality benchmarks, organize testing cycles, and empower your team through mentorships. Collaborate with management and engineering teams in an agile environment to enhance both processes and product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set quality standards and manage QA engineers

• Mentor through the software development lifecycle

• Schedule and manage testing phases

• Collaborate with engineers for quality assurance

• Innovate quality processes across projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science

• Minimum 8 years in test automation

• Programming expertise in C++, C#, Java or Python

• Proficiency in both English and French

• Legally entitled to work in Canada within 80 km
