Quality Assurance Technician

I'm currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Technician for a well-established food manufacturing company. The organization is committed to product quality, continuous improvement, and employee development while offering a collaborative and stable work environment.
Mission   As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will support production activities by ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards during the evening shift.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing routine inspections throughout the production process;
Monitoring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety requirements;
Conducting quality checks on raw materials, work-in-process and finished products;
Performing various testing and verification activities to ensure process compliance;
Investigating quality issues and working closely with production teams to implement corrective actions;
Maintaining accurate quality documentation and production records;
Supporting internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department.

Your profile   DEC, AEC or equivalent education in Food Processing, Quality Assurance or a related discipline;
At least one year of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in food manufacturing;
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP or similar quality standards;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams;
Well organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
