Position: Quality Specialist for Customer Advocacy
Location: Châteauguay

Enhance product quality at our organization as a Quality Specialist. You'll leverage technical skills and communication to address customer complaints and drive improvements across processes.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, plus a minimum of two years in quality assurance. You will inspect products, manage RMAs, and facilitate corrective actions, ensuring customer needs are always met. A continuous improvement mindset and expertise in communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor product quality consistently

• Manage RMAs from initiation to closure

• Organize internal containment and corrective actions

• Communicate effectively with customers on quality concerns

• Support inspections and reworks for RMAs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• At least two years of quality assurance experience

• Proficiency in inspection tools and Microsoft Office

• Flexible to work extra hours when needed

• Bilingual in French and English
