Position: Research Technician for Product Innovation

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the R&D Manager to conduct tests for new raw materials and formulations targeted towards both traditional and alternative cat litters. You’ll utilize the scientific method to ensure rigorous data collection and communicate your findings effectively. This position is key to advancing projects and enhancing product offerings through analytical reasoning and technical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute detailed test plans with the R&D team

• Analyze experimental data and report findings clearly

• Maintain laboratory notebooks and ensure data integrity

• Support pilot trials and document process changes

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• College diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• Minimum three years of laboratory experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and scientific rigor

• Ability to communicate effectively in French and English
