• Transport and handle merchandise from truck to customer sites in line with service standards
• Inspect loads prior to delivery and assist the driver in handling receipts, payments and maneuvers (e.g. reversing)
• Provide excellent customer service, including contacting customers prior to delivery
• Participate in order preparation, truck filling and general department maintenance
• Work in accordance with health, safety and loss prevention policies

• Secondary 5 diploma and Class 5 driver’s license (considered assets)
• Ability to perform physical tasks (up to 23 kg) and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work in a truck on the move and provide effective support to the driver
