Your leadership is essential for monitor cash handling, refunds, and register coverage while promoting RONA's initiatives. With a focus on training, you'll empower associates to deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a seamless store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise frontend staff and enforce service standards

• Oversee register operations and supply usage

• Process refunds and manage cash drawer balance

• Perform store opening and closing procedures

• Mentor new associates for optimal performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience

• At least 1 year supervising a team

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills

• High attention to detail
