Contract Permanent Hours Full  Time Salary Negotiable We  are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Garden Leisure Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for driving sales.

As a supervisor , you will lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring customer receive outstanding service while helping to maximise sales across our garden centre.

Key Responsibilities
-Deliver exceptional customer service, actively engage with customers, drive sales, lead & motivate a team, ensure department is well stocked and maintained , handle customer queries, support management , assist with training, ensure compliance.
Ideally have Jersey residency , 29 days holiday per year, 20% staff discount, Salary negotiable depending on experience .
5 days over 7 , daytime hours and no late night working.
