CFMWS Retail Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling financial transactions, and maintaining operational standards across various retail services. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee retail operations and staff supervision

• Address customer complaints and manage transactions

• Open and close the store as needed

• Perform cash handling and POS transactions

• Ensure cleanliness of food and service areas

Requirements:

• Combination of education and relevant experience

• Prior cash handling and customer service experience

• Food Handling Certification required

• Bilingual in English and French essential

• Strong leadership and communication skills
