Position: Full-Time Key Holder Opportunity

In this position, you will use your sales expertise to welcome customers and assist them in finding the perfect products. Being proactive and understanding customer needs will be key to your success. You will manage the sales floor and contribute to creating a memorable shopping experience while meeting targets and following store procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm welcome to all customers

• Assist in selecting products and answering questions

• Meet personal sales goals effectively with guidance

• Manage store operations in the absence of managers

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor

Requirements:

• Sales experience in retail is highly desirable

• A passion for women’s apparel focusing on feel-good femininity

• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays

• Bilingual skills are advantageous

• Strong commitment to customer service excellence
