Supervisor - retail

Location: Saint-Hyacinthe

Alimentation Sogesco Inc. – Saint‑Hyacinthe, QC J2S 4Z4

Salary: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour (To be negotiated). Full‑time, permanent employment, 40 hours per week.

Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) requested.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.

Experience:

2 to less than 3 years.

Work must be completed at the physical location. No remote work.

Responsibilities

Assign sales workers to duties

Authorize return of merchandise

Establish work schedules

Sell merchandise

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers

Train staff

Provide customer service

Group insurance benefits

Eligibility

Permanent resident of Canada

Temporary resident of Canada with a valid work permit
