Our Canberra store is making moves, and we’re looking for a high-impact Deputy Coach (Assistant Store Manager) to step in and lead the floor.

This isn't just a regular retail manager role - this is your shot to partner with our Head Coach, develop a high-performing team that lives and breathes our culture, and turn our retail floor into a community movement.

You’ll be a vital leader for LSKD in the ACT. You won't just be managing a retail floor; you'll be driving business growth, leading daily operations, and fostering a community that shows up for more than just great fits.

• Support & Drive the Mission: Work side-by-side with the Head Coach to manage the business, execute retail strategy, and hit your store's growth goals.
• Create A Community: Help build and roll out a strategic, fun quarterly plan of in-store events and local studio activations that turn customers into brand advocates.
• Build & Develop Your Team: Hand-pick, onboard, and develop a world-class team of Educators, creating an inclusive environment where differences are celebrated.
• Coach Your Team Daily: Run daily game plans and give real-time, constructive feedback that inspires the team to get 1% better every day.
• Be the Product Expert: Master our entire range of fabrics, fits, and styles, and ensure your team has the deep knowledge to educate our community authentically.
• Set the Standard: Own the standard of the store - from premium visual merchandising and flawless open/close routines to keeping the back-of-house organised and accountable.
• Know Your Numbers: Read your daily and weekly KPIs, track metrics like AOV, UPT, and conversion, and deliver sharp reflections with clear actions for improvement.

  A proven track record in retail operations, leading people, making quick decisions, and thriving in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

• Business Smarts: You quickly understand retail data (budgets, sales forecasts, KPIs) and know how to turn those numbers into actionable results.

• Availability: This role is full-time, working a Sunday to Thursday roster
