Location: Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu
Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) is seeking a Shift Supervisor to provide retail services to CAF members and their families. You will address customer concerns, authorize refunds, and supervise staff, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
You will hold keys and access codes, open and close the store, operate POS terminals, manage cash and float, and may perform additional services such as dry cleaning, lottery, gas and postal services.
