In this role, you will focus on executing community strategies while establishing meaningful relationships with guests and partners. You will collaborate with the store team to elevate the lululemon brand through impactful engagements and events, ensuring customers receive exceptional service while connecting them with community opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement community strategies in partnership with store leadership
• Manage relationships with ambassadors and local fitness studios
• Discover and foster new community partnership opportunities
• Assess customer needs on the shop floor and provide education
• Organize and attend local community engagement events
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in customer service or grassroots marketing
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country
• Must have reliable transportation to the store
• Flexible availability for various shifts required
