Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales optimization and drive traffic in-store

• Inspire and lead a team towards operational excellence

• Manage inventory replenishment and eCom order fulfillment

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met

• Build a positive shopping experience for customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; business education is an asset

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred

• Strong adaptability to changing business environments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media tools

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including holidays
