You're expected to lead your team effectively, address customer inquiries, and ensure smooth operations through hands-on involvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and resolve booking questions

• Lead and motivate team members during shifts

• Ensure compliance with company policies and programs

• Maintain inventories and coordinate maintenance activities

• Handle cash-outs and process payments accurately

Requirements:

• 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or entertainment leadership

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

• Availability for peak business hours

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational systems

• Strong customer service and communication skills
