Contribute to the customer experience through supporting the store with an organized and cohesive visual presentation.
As a Product Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming stock deliveries and maintaining the backroom organization.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we're looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends).

What You Will Do

• Replenish product on the sales floor
• Manage and receive stock
• Ensure the backroom is organized and efficient
• Support Customer Service and Experience
• Support Visual presentations including following visual directives and confiming placement of all products on sales floor

What You Bring

• 1 year Customer Service experience preferred
• Experience in Retail Sales and/or Visual Merchandising preferred
• Detail oriented and organized
• Must have manual dexterity to perform tasks such as: working on ladders, moving boxes and furniture, and bending
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs, unwrap, wrap, and build furniture
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
