Position: Full-Time Mobile Shelter Support Manager
Location: Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

Join The Neighbourhood Group as a Mobile Shelter Support Program Case Manager and make a tangible difference for individuals in need. This full-time role focuses on personalized support in the field, addressing various complex challenges.

You will be an integral member of the Urban Health and Homelessness Services department, collaborating closely with clients and external service providers. This position requires you to use your skills in assessment and crisis intervention to help clients achieve stability, self-sufficiency, and access necessary resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one case management support on-site

• Coordinate resources for mental health and substance use

• Conduct assessments and advocate for client needs

• Engage with clients to foster self-directed progress

• Maintain accurate records and comply with funding requirements

Requirements:

• BA/B.S.W. degree with 2 years’ related experience

• Strong background in harm reduction practices

• Experience with crisis intervention and conflict resolution

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Competent in MS Office and data entry systems
