Santé Québec Montérégie-Est recrute un(e) éducateur(-trice) en réadaptation jeunesse pour accompagner des jeunes de 0 à 17 ans en difficulté dans la région de Chambly. Poste en protection de la jeunesse au sein d’un établissement relié à la Santé Québec Montérégie-Est.
Vous accompagnerez les jeunes dans leurs parcours de réadaptation, en intervenant auprès de familles et partenaires, et en élaborant des plans personnalisés. Travail à temps partiel/plein selon les nécessités et horaires jour/soir.
