This role is integral in designing, configuring, and maintaining workflows that assure high throughput and low error rates. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operation of automated document productions while continually improving existing processes. Solving complex production issues will be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support automated document workflows

• Re-engineer digital print processes for efficiency

• Manage and troubleshoot Solimar production issues

• Ensure compliance and maintain document security

• Maintain thorough documentation of workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar

• 3 years of hands-on experience with Solimar tools

• Knowledge of digital printing and transactional mail

• Proactive and highly organized

• Required bilingual communication skills
