Collaborate effectively across multiple projects, promoting teamwork and open
communication.
Work end-to-end on software development: analyze, code, test, and deploy both frontend
and backend applications.
Design, optimize, and maintain databases (e.g., MySQL), including schema design, query
optimization, and integration with application functionality.
Participate in solution design and analysis, including technology evaluation, selection,
and evolution of software architecture.
Maintain and improve existing codebases, performing debugging and bug fixes as needed.
Integrate external software and APIs into existing projects.
Apply and uphold information security practices to safeguard proprietary and client data.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in full stack development.

Experience with version control (Git / Bitbucket) and project tracking (Jira).
Skilled in using API testing tools such as Postman.
Strong ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to high standards of work.
Self-sufficient and proactive in identifying and solving challenges.
Creative and persistent problem solver with a passion for technology and innovation.
Bilingual (English and French) – English proficiency is essential for collaboration with global teams outside Quebec.
