Position: Warehouse Team Leader-Forklift Operator (M/F)

Job description :

Night shift 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

4 days/week + 1 weekend every 2 weeks (Saturdays only)

1 week of 36 hours (3 x 12 hours) and 1 week of 48 hours (4 x 12 hours)

In collaboration with the Warehouse Supervisor and in order to strengthen our logistics team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader/Forklift Operator (M/F) to supervise a dynamic team and ensure the smooth running of operations.

Main responsabilities :

  • Organizing and supervising daily warehouse activities (receiving and storage).
  • Supervising, leading, and motivating a team of warehouse workers/forklift operators (3 to 4 forklift operators).
  • Ensuring the distribution of work, monitoring performance, and developing the skills of employees.
  • Participating in logistics operations (driving forklifts, loading/unloading, storage, etc.).
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality of service, and safety rules.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

  • Skills and qualifications :

  • Significant experience in warehouse logistics (receiving/order preparation and shipping).
  • Experience in team management.
  • Forklift certification required. (Valid license)
  • Good knowledge of IT/logistics tools.
  • Organizational skills, natural leadership, responsiveness.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities.
  • Reliable, punctual, and independent, team player.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in French/English
