- Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Your Role:
As a dispatcher, you will play a key role in managing the operations of both an internal and/or external fleet. The complexity of our operations requires us to be creative in our transportation solutions!
You will actively contribute to route optimization and operational performance, while working closely with an experienced team to support all phases of operations.
The position is primarily offered in a hybrid work model, but may require occasional travel within the South Shore region.
What You Will Do Daily:
Section 1:
Pan-Canadian Transportation Coordination
- Define daily transportation needs and strategies using SAP and Excel.
- Select and assign contracted 3PL carriers through the TMS (Shiptify).
- Optimize deliveries through efficient LTL consolidation.
- Coordinate pickup appointments with various shipping locations.
- Ensure compliance with delivery timelines, costs, and contractual agreements with carriers.
Section 2:
Operational Follow-Up
- Collaborate and communicate effectively (written and verbal) in English and French with carriers, customers, and distribution centers.
- Propose solutions and alternatives when issues arise to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update TMS master data (routes, billing logic, customers – Shiptify & SAP).
- Perform data entry and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Adopt a customer-focused approach in all interactions.
- Be willing to travel occasionally within Canada for meetings with carriers.
What You Need to Join Our Team:
- High school diploma
- 5 years of experience in Logistics
- Own a vehicle and be able to travel to assist drivers or attend on-site meetings
- Strong ability to manage change and work under pressure
- Bilingualism is essential (interaction with various stakeholders across Canada)
