Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Logistics Supervisor coordinates all logistics activities (transportation, warehousing, shipping, receiving) and supervises teams to ensure optimal flow of goods.

Main responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the logistics team (receiving, shipping, transportation).

Plan and coordinate daily activities to meet delivery deadlines.

Ensure effective inventory and goods flow management.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify and implement continuous improvement solutions.

Ensure compliance with OHS standards and internal procedures.

Collaborate with the sales, production, and customer service departments.

Manage relationships with carriers and external partners.

Evening Shift (4 p.m. to midnight, subject to change) Monday to Saturday, 40 hours per week, 5 evenings x 8 hours.

Skills and qualifications :

College diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, operations management, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation supervision

Good knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and IT tools

Excellent planning and problem-solving skills

Motivational leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities

Bilingualism
