Join our logistics team as a Shipping Team Lead, managing the efficient preparation and shipment of customer orders. This full-time temporary role is from September 14 to November 27, 2026.
As the Shipping Specialist Team Lead, you will report to the Shipping Manager and be responsible for overseeing shipping activities while mentoring Shipping Specialists. Your leadership will ensure operations run smoothly and safety standards are met, while contributing to a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely and accurate shipping of customer orders
• Lead and support team members in their daily tasks
• Assist in managing shipment documentation and labeling
• Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
• Promote safety and cleanliness in the shipping area
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in warehousing or shipping
• Prior experience in a leadership or training role is advantageous
• Strong grasp of shipping documentation and warehouse operations
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Full commitment to safety regulations and compliance
