In this role, you’ll leverage your 2 years of forklift experience to ensure that freight is loaded according to specifications. You’ll navigate a refrigerated space while ensuring that all operations are compliant with safety and efficiency standards. The position contributes significantly to our logistics and distribution goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle loading and unloading of refrigerated goods

• Execute freight volume calculations and adjustments

• Organize dock space to optimize workflow

• Adhere to weight regulations during freight handling

• Safely operate pallet-jack and forklift machinery

Requirements:

• 2 years of forklift experience mandatory

• Knowledge of The Erb Group’s systems preferred

• Must endure up to 8 hours in cold environments

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Positive, team-oriented mindset essential
