We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Supervisor to enhance operational efficiency. This position involves training, supervising workers, and coordinating activities at our physical location. You'll also resolve work challenges and oversee routes for bus drivers while ensuring timely repairs and ordering necessary materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare production reports and documentation

• Recommend improvements for work methods and productivity

• Supervise staff and manage project activities

• Dispatch drivers and monitor transportation routes

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate or equivalent

• Flexibility and strong organizational skills

• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office, and other software

• Willingness to learn and adapt

• Canadian citizenship or valid work permit
