Rural and Suburban Mail Carrier

Canada Post has released a notification in which they’re inviting candidates for the post of Rural and Suburban Mail Carrier. Candidates will be acquired. They will maintain knowledge of local infrastructure including roads and customers and delivery receptacles. They will ensure mail is safely secured in their possession. They will be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lb/22.7 kg.

Candidates will project in a positive and courteous manner.
They will be responsible for dealing with customers face-to-face.
They will adept at sorting, collecting and delivering mail items in our work.
Job requirement   Candidates must have a satisfactory safe driving record.
They must have a valid permanent provincial driver’s license.
They must have automatic transmission.
They must have adjusted the middle of the passenger window sill that is between 38 and 45 from the ground.
Work setting   Candidates must have notified your insurance company as to the use of your vehicle while employed at Canada Post.
They must have a minimum cargo capacity of 50 cu ft (1415 liters) for our work.
