Become the Dispatch Supervisor in Trenton, overseeing all aspects of dispatch operations. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals with strong leadership and organizational skills.
As the Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for employee schedules, conducting performance assessments, and collaborating with HR on new hires. You will also monitor driver performance closely and work with routing teams to ensure all appointments and deliveries are met as scheduled.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and manage employee shifts and leaves
• Conduct reviews and assist in hiring new staff
• Monitor local drivers' performance metrics
• Collaborate with teams for delivery scheduling
• Implement operational systems and comply with policies
Requirements:
• Proficient understanding of satellite communication
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation
• Excellent management and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• College graduation or equivalent experience preferred
